Slow Burn / BE the good energy! This flow is all about creating good positive energy while getting a killer, full body burn. We start with my favorite mountain glider series to really set the tone for the workout. We then move into a lower body flow where you have to use your core to help with balance and stability as well as focus on lighting up the hips, butt and thighs. Just when you think you’re out of the woods with core work, we will have one final core finisher.
