Slow Burn + Killer Core / PSA: There are NO lunges or squats in this workout. All of the lower body work is focused on “accessory work” so will be done from a standing or lying position. This is a perfect workout for anyone who needs to take it easy on their knees. Although this is a full body workout, the main focus is core so there will be an emphasis on core in every single exercise.
