Originally built during our 1-on-1 training days with elite athletes, STRONG (STG) has evolved into a 12-week progressive strength training program designed for real-world results. Structured, progressive strength training to improve strength, body composition, endurance, and mobility.Over the years, we’ve fine-tuned every phase to help you look good, feel good, and move well—without burnout, injury, or stagnation. But this program is about more than lifting weights. It’s about building the foundation of strength that supports everything else you do — inside and outside the studio.

This weeks Tempo is a clean progression from last week, and focuses on building strength and muscle through the posterior chain (backside of body), with classic foundational movement patterns. Three total blocks of work, 30 minutes total, is the perfect kickoff to the week.

Episode 5
Strength x Sculpt (Tempo Friday) is similar to our traditional Tempo, but has an added focus on volume through the backside of the body. In addition to intentional muscle building, this format focuses on functional movement patterns that increase mobility and strength in range of motion.
