As is the case with all class formats during the start of the Summer Program, Sweat is all about getting back to the foundations. This 35 minute workout features two 15 minute blocks + a 4 minute finisher. Sweat is all about building a stronger cardiovascular engine and improving strength / muscular endurance. Grab a light and medium single DB and have fun with this challenging full body workout.
