Our girl Britt is kicking off week one of Sculpt with an incredible flow that will challenge your core strength and balance + stability muscles all while teaching you that strong is not something you do but rather, something you become along the way. The goal of this workout is not to master this flow in week one but instead, focus on establishing a foundation / baseline that you can build on over the next four weeks.
