FLEX-WORTHY ZONE / This is one of my most favorite, upper body focused workouts. There are 3 parts to this workout. We start with an upper body activation warm-up, move into an upper body focused flow that consists of 11 exercises and finish with a KILLER core series.

SLOW BURN + BODY CONTOUR / This is an amazing, pilates + barre inspired workout that is focused on tapering in the side body: obliques, hips, butt and thighs and is perfect for sculpting that beautiful, hourglass figure. We will use a sturdy chair to try and get even deeper into the moves.
