  • GRIT.05 / TEMPO

    Episode 1

    Now that we have established a really nice base over the last 2 weeks, your goal with Tempo is to continue to really focus on the quality of movement patterns, slowing it down and encouraging yourself to grab those heavier dumbbells, if it's available. Good luck and have a great week.

  • GRIT.06 / Sweat

    Episode 2

    Sweat weeks 3 & 4 continues to build our aerobic base, while utilizing athletic movement patterns that focus finding balance and strength through the core. Continue to work on staying within a 6-8 from an intensity standpoint, while leveling up your movement patterns and work efficiency.

  • GRIT.07 / SCULPT

    Episode 3

     This week we are continuing to level up from weeks 1 & 2 by adding more volume and complexity. We start with a dynamic core series, move into a challenging but smooth lower body flow, break it up with an upper body intermission and finish with more core, yay. Have an amazing workout.

  • GRIT.08 / PERFORM

    Episode 4

    We say it all the time... It doesn't matter how you start, it only matters how you finish. And THAT is how we are going to show up and finish the week strong.
