Coming off of our first Tempo workout your lower body might be a little sore. This SWEAT style workout is a 30 minute strength circuit broken up into two separate parts (15 min each). This workout utilizes minimal weight to focus on leveling up our cardiovascular output and building our aerobic engine. Find a challenging but manageable pace that you can maintain for 30 minutes of consistent work and get after it!
