BUILD (BLD) is a 12 week progressive strength training program that places an emphasis on functional hypertrophy, specifically building muscle and gaining strength with an emphasis on the posterior chain (the back side of the body). With the support of a balanced diet, this program is meant to improve body composition, metabolism, and our cardiovascular baseline, while decreasing chronic pain and prevent future injuries.

Weekly Schedule: Mon: Tempo / Tues: Sweat / Wed: Sculpt Thurs: Rest / Fri: Perform

    BLD / Week 1 / SDS - Sweat Den Saturday is a hybrid of our Sweat & Perform formats. A full body, high energy, conditioning focused workout that will challenge both the physical body and mind.
