Week 2 of Express is here, and we are so proud of you for pushing through week 1. The workout format is building off of week 1 and we are increasing the intensity of block 1 by adding an additional weight to the first exercise. Try to remember which weight you used in week one, and either try to maintain that weight, or increase the weight slightly in week 2. Quality of movement is the most important aspect of the workout, and gradually increasing your intensity (weight of the DB) is the goal.
