  • SS.05 / Full Body EMOM

    Episode 1

    The 20 Minute EMOM is high energy, simplistic, and full body. Utilizing bodyweight, this workout is meant to be utilized throughout the Summer Sweat series.   • SS.16 / Tempo

    Episode 2

    Week 4 is here and we are here FOR IT! We are sticking with the same format, and elevating the movement patterns and complexity. Remember, TEMPO is all about controlled intensity. Slowing down the movements, but still attacking each one with intensity.

  • SS.17 / Sweat

    Episode 3

    Sweat continues to progress as we utilize two dumbbells to complete two separate blocks each 4 exercises x 4 rounds. Remember to choose a weight that is not to heavy, quality of movement is extremely important to make sure you are able to maintain a high level of intensity throughout the workout.

  • SS.18 / Mobility

    Episode 4

    This SLF (Mobility) is a gentle restorative flow that is perfect to start or end your day. Try incorporating this flow into your week multiple times, and enjoy all of the benefits that come with focusing on recovery.

  • SS.19 / S & C

    Episode 5

    Our final Strength and Conditioning workout of Summer Sweat! Continuing to build off of last weeks S & C you will notice this flow is more controlled and less intense than week 3. Have fun with it. Enjoy your time on the mat. Give yourself some love for continuing to show up for yourself!
