Perform is a very clean progression from last week and hopefully, an opportunity to just feel STRONGER if you crushed Perform last week. Today is an opportunity to apply just a little more "focus" and strive for progress thru repetition. The heavier the dumbbells you grab today will DEFINITELY challenge you more which in turn, will be more effective. It goes without saying, choose dumbbells that you know will challenge you but where you can, more importantly, maintain good form. Let's keep leveling up here today.
