We are at that halfway point with sculpt which means it's time to level up here today. The workout as whole is a bit more straightforward than weeks 1 & 2 however, you will notice a slight increase in volume, specifically through the lower body. Do your best to try everything before you assume you can't do something and then if something isn't working, don't give up. Come out of it, take a break, try another option... Just don't give up.
