This is our final progression lying on our backs which means we are going to take everything we learned in progressions 1 & 2 and continue to level up. At this point, you should feel like you are ready to take things to the next level. However, if you get going and you feel like you are having a hard time engaging your core or you are feeling anything in a negative way, feel free to resort back to #1 or #2.
