When your core is strong EVERYTHING is strong. We got so many messages after doing this workout in studio from members saying how sore their core was and how it was one of their favorite core finishers that we knew we had to have this as a stand alone workout. This workout utilizes a light - medium dumbbell to really challenge the entire core thru foundational + functional movement patterns.
