This is a true EMOM style workout where each minute consists of 1 controlled movement for 30 sec, 1 higher intensity movement for 15 sec, plus 15 sec of rest. We have 4 different blocks and each block gets progressively more challenging. Just when you think it’s over, we have a spicy, core + cardio finisher.
