This workout is a beautiful full body flow that starts with a 15 minutes mobility flow / dynamic warmup, moves into a lower body series, and flows into a lying core series. We wrap everything up with a bow and finish with a full body conditioner. This is your opportunity to be a student, and continue getting better workout by workout.
