For our final workout of the Summer Program you have one thing to focus on: Be Where Your Feet Are. If you made it to THIS workout, the only thing going thru your mind should be that you DID IT. It doesn't matter how you got here, the important thing is that you are here, today, and that needs to be celebrated. We will continue to challenge our balance, stability and strength thru step ups, sumo RDLs, rows and isolated core work. Take a deep breath, be where your feet are, and let's FINISH what we started.
