We are so proud of you for making it to your mat today, now let's make it count. Sweat this week brings a very intentional progression. Similar movement patterns as last week but we are adding a slight increase in intensity by incorporating a dumbbell for our conditioners. The hope is, you notice improvement in your overall aerobic and fitness baseline that you are able to show up and execute at a slightly higher baseline. Let's get to work.
