The only time we encourage you to look back is when we want you to see just how far you've come. THIS. IS. SCULPT. If you have been doing Sculpt for the last 4 - 8 weeks, the hope is that you will show up on your mat with a sense of purpose and a confidence that you might not have had at the beginning. This is when you know that the work is WORKING. We start with an intentional glute + core activation series move thru unilateral work on the R and L sides and finish with a full body conditioning focused finisher. Now, eyes forward and let's get to work.
