We want Sweat to be one of those formats where instead of saying, I need to take a rest day, you start to replace it with, I need to get to sweat. Sweat plays a critical role in not only getting your body stronger but it really improves your overall aerobic baseline / endurance. This week we really emphasize the importance of understanding that sweat is more about engine building vs sprint work which relates to the principle that we talk about all the time, slow is smooth - smooth is fast.
