Congrats on making it to week 4 of Phase II of our Summer Program. Our goal, anytime you step on your mat to train with us, all comes down to exceeding any expectations you may have had for yourself and of the workout while creating a lasting impact. Not just one time but every time you show up and push play. This is what we refer to as the relentless pursuit of excellence but the kicker... It all has to stem from the lens of gratitude. So yes, this week we will give you everything we have to help you become the best version of yourself but we are going to ask a lot of you in the process.
