Friday Tempo (Strength X Sculpt) is a pairing of both weight lifting and added resistance with a focus on building muscle and strength in the glutes. This workout utilizes a bench and a medium set of dumbbells to move through 3 total blocks of work. The intention is to move through this workout with a high level of mind / muscle connection, and moderate intensity. This will bring about the result of building muscle, and highlight the restorative nature of this format.
