We have officially made it to week four of our Summer Program and our goal is to make this the most "intentional" week thus far. This first block is four sets, more focused on bilateral work with the opportunity to lift heavier, if you have the ability to do so. We are focused more on building muscle while still striving to push our strength but it all comes down to the focus & intention you are bringing today. Last week, best week.
