Don't think, just push play! This is one of those workouts where less thinking and more doing will really be the recipe for success. You are in for a real treat as our powerhouse instructor, Kelsey Doersam (aka KD) is going to lead you thru todays workout.
Just like last week, we have a dynamic warm up and two, 15 minute blocks. The hope is that you start to notice a slight increase in your overall stamina and endurance compared to last week and although it might not feel easier, it just means you're getting STRONGER and continuing to push yourself a bit harder.
*Note- the workout cuts out right after the last set of the last block. Please still take time after the workout for a proper cool down to bring your heart rate back down.
