Welcome to week two of our Summer Program. The overall intention of the Summer Program is to continue getting stronger while utilizing weight training as a tool to optimize fat loss, maintain muscle mass, and as a result, improve body composition. Tempo is the perfect way to start the week STRONG, train with intention and to remind yourself what we stand for as a community with is centered around Grit & Gratitude.
