Let's kick off sculpt with a bang with our Total Body Sculpt workout. This workout is exactly as it sounds and strictly utilizes resistance bands. We will be sculpting and strengthening our bodies from head to toe with full body, strength focused exercises. The goal of this workout is to pick a resistance band that is heavy enough to build / maintain muscle, strength thus improving overall body composition.
