Day 1 of our Summer Program kicks off with an intentional full body workouts that is broken up into 3 blocks of work. A lower body, upper body, and core block each focused on the posterior chain. The workout is all about choosing DB's that challenge you, while still being able to move with quality. The equipment needed for this workout is a heavy, medium, light set of DB's, and a light resistance band. Let's start this week off with Grit and Gratitude.
