Week 4 of Tempo is where it all comes together. The movement patterns are designed to be able to grab heavier weights, and work with more intention through each block. This workout features 3 blocks of work all focused on the posterior chain and core. In this workout try to focus on controlling your tempo, utilizing challenging dumbbells, and having high quality of movement through each exercise.
