We have officially made it to workout 20 of 20 and there is no better workout to cap off what was an amazing four week than with an intentional, lower intensity, muscle building and strength focused weight training session. Use this workout to celebrate not only how far you've come but also, continuing to challenge yourself to keep grabbing heavier dumbbells to see just how strong you can get.
