Our first Sweat style workout kicks off with a bang in this new block, as you will notice extended sets, longer working times, and challenging movement patterns. This workout is all about improving our general conditioning baseline and muscular endurance. With that in mind, remember to look at this workout as a marathon, and not a sprint. Controlled intensity and quality of movement being the name of the game.
